wheels and tires 140-160

I have a set of 5.5 steel rims off my 73 164 can i put 195 60 r 15 on these rims. It just seems that these rims seem to have a lip on them, and the last 3 digits in the part # is 001 not ooo. I know that this was part of a conversation several weeks ago, but i'm not sure what the end result was. Thanx Adrian
