Oh those jiffy stories are a dime a dozen, I actually had a tech forget the engine oil, started the car for about 3 minuets before I heared a ticking and shut it down, no problems after for two years.
My concern about the injection cleaning is if it can comprimise something in the system to create further problems, is it possible that a tech could use the wrong pressures or something. I have not had it done or witnessed it myself.
