Price of 123GT's 120-130 1967

Hey everyone.
I've found a '67 123GT for sale, and just curious what the going rate is on them these days. The car has the Canadian logo on the back, i dunno if that's special or not. Condition wise, it's one of the nicest ones i've seen. The only visible damage is a paint discoloration on the drivers side read wheel well. No rust anywhere, including the floors and headlight areas. It's sat for a year or more, so it'll need (hopefully minor) maintenance items. I'm going to look at it again on tuesday, so anything i need to look at specifically? I know the car has been well maintained all it's life by a volvo enthusiast, unfortunately, he passed on a few years ago, and his wife/son are selling the car. Any help and info is great!!!
Thanks everyone!
