Just Switched to SYN oil- oil is dripping out everywhere! 200 1990

Man!, I just went from Castrol 15W40 to Mobil Drive Clean Synthetic 10w30, the oil is leaking out- leaving saucer size oil spots in about 2-3 hours. I just had my front seals done about 5K miles ago. It seems like it is coming from the front crank seal.
I know that I jumped from reg to syn and changed to a thinner viscosity- but gosh, this is dramatic. I should have heeded the warning about leaks from synthetics. I just wanted to try to clean my engine gradually. Now I need to clean the outside!
