O2 sensor and Beige stuff in the dipstick tube S90-V90 1997

I checked the flame trap and it doesnt look like it is clogged. My wife puts enough miles on the car so I dont think it really gets that many short trips (its got 166k on it and its a '97). I did read about an oil breather box, and wonder if that might be a problem. Perusing the faq does not specifically mention it or where it is located. I should probably renew my aldata subscription since this car wont leave me alone.
