I got some good quality HS6 jets with attached tubes from Z-therapy (http://ztherapy.com/). They are actual SU parts as I recall, and they don't mind if you talk Volvo.

Of course, you are probably in more of a hurry than that will allow... so I'd try the "in a pinch" fix listed above as a temporary fix. make sure the tube that goes to float is inserted in the hole of the o-ring.

For the most part though, them tubes/jets are a disposable item, and when the tube comes out, you put in new jets with attached tubes. Be careful installing the new ones... easy to break them in the same way.
