Orange paint and side chrome 140-160

You wanna talk upside down, lets talk new cars. I spent $12,000 on
a nice condition VW golf TDI. My insurance and registration are much
more expensive and the car still rattles and squeeks like my parents
1981 rabbit L. And it isn't as fun as my girlfriend's 86 cabriolet.

Oh, and if I wanted to sell it now, it would be worth $9000, and it
needs a $500 timing belt and I already had to replace the rear brakes
and some magical electronics stuff. And if it breaks for reals, I'm
in deep because I can't just figure it out myself or at least have a
good idea when someone is blowing smoke up my ... pants.

I've read about a rust preventitive primer named "zerorust" and it
seems like the way to go for at least priming the car and I've read
that it can look good enough to just call it a day. I'm leaning towards
"Safety Red" though maybe "Red Oxide" is more authentic?

I want an orange car but they don't sell safety orange. I guess I
could mix up my own batch but then I'd have a hard time matching the
colors later if I wanted to touch things up.
