1992 745ti Parts Car 700

I have two 745ti's (1987 and 88). I have an opportunity to pick up a 1992
745ti parts car for $150. Hit in the rear so engine is fine. Is just about everything on this 1992 mechanically similar to my 87/88? Is this a good deal? Thanks for the help.
