Yes I have an owners manual and I am sure that the car has 60,000 miles. I have every service record since the car was purchased. I am the second owner. The owner before me had the car serviced at the dealer for eveything. They took the car in for little things like a turn signal bulb out or having the wiper blades replaced. I purchased the car from The Volvo Store in Winter Park Florida and got a mile long worth of paperwork on the car.
