Instrument Cluster Lights 700

car is 1986 740gle

Hi folks!
I got another problem, this time with my
InstrumentClusterWarningLights.
Before starting with the ignitionkey in the second position
only the far left (oil press) and the far right (seat belt)
are on.
After starting with engine running ! the rest of the lamps
are slightly gleaming, but the other 2 are off.
They are not bright, hard to see at daytime,
but bright at nighttime (only because lack of other
lightsources at night).
So now I'm stunned. Whats that?
Is it the ignition lock or is it a relay or some
broken/corroded/missing ground wires or
is the instrument cluster bad ????

TIA
