Splicing wires/tach 200

So, if I have to splice the wires, for adding my "new" small tach, is there any way to do that without cutting into wires that are already in the car. The wire to the coil is already there. The ground seems pretty easy. I guess there is a plus and minus wire that has to do with the light bulb that I need to wire in or splice any ideas? I hate the idea of cutting into the wiring on my car. If there is a wire that plugs into the instrument cluster for light there, is there a way I could put a doulbe wireing connection on that part so I could just run my lighting wire off that?

Please forgive my ignorance on wiring!

Thanks and happy bricking!
