Front Strut Options 900 1993

Hello all and thanks in advance for the continued advice.

I am working down the list of things to do since my plea for help. I am looking to replace the front struts and admit to being a bit naive regarding the undertaking.

In looking at FCP Groton, they carry KYB GR2, Sachs Advantage, Bilstein HD, Bilstein Economy, and Boge Pro Gas.

I have replaced the rear coil springs and nivomats (Boge) with little difficulty, however, I want to make sure that I make the right decision on my strut replacement. Groton advises, "The Sachs Advantage Shocks are the European equivalent to the Boge Turbo Gas Shocks. Sachs and Boge are the same company and use the same technology in making them. The big difference is that the Boge Turbo Gas shocks are now being produced in countries such as Mexico and Turkey, where the Sachs Advantage shocks are being made in Germany. We have imported these in to better fit your needs."

Are they telling me that Boge went cheap?
