No. You will need a new block. Do more research on this on the net. My friend at work had the same problem.From what he found, 960's had some engines with bad castings. If you can get at them, you might try a very thorough clean and some JB Weld. Might work. I have fixed cracked oil pressure ports on aluminum blocks with more pressure that the water side.
