If you are going to keep the car invest in a wiring diagram. Get it from Volvo. My '89 740 Wagon has as many circuits as a Main Frame at Cape Canavarel, your '91 is probably has more . If you are unwilling to pay a mechanic while he learns your car, you could starrt in doing the trouble shooting yourself. Impossible without the dragrams. I use mine frequently. Expect to pay $25 or more. floribunda NJ
