m46 to m47 200

does anyone know about/have experience with converting from the m46 to the later 5sp transmission? my overdrive is fried, and i will be replacing it as a unit anyway. i know i will at least need a new driveshaft, but what about clutch parts, bell housing alignment, driveshaft support bearing location, etc. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
