What is bad with your OD unit? Most of the time nothign big goes wrong in them. I have only had to replace one that didn't work since a bearing started going out on it, but I would have replaced jsut the bearing if I had the press to install it. Let me know if you want some help figuring out your OD problems. My email is runabout4fun@yahoo.com. I have a few resources on the techincal aspects of the Laycock units.
