distributor firing order 700 1988

I usually never clean the engine with degreaser and hose, but I did the other day and can't restart. I have spark at the coil wire into distributor but no spark at the plug. I pulled the cap and cleaned the rotor/cap. About to see how that works. Also see the tack boncing so assume the hall switch works.

The plugs were 4321 going left to right looking at the firewall. I notice that on this board it says 4312. It ran ok before this water issue. Are my plugs in the distributor wrong?
