Idle 200 1986

The idle in my car - 1986 240 dl LH Jet 2.2 B230F- has been eradic for a while. The injectors were blown out by a mechanic and this fixed the problem quite well. However the car does seems to "miss" once in a while at idle. When I mean miss you can feel the car shake a little, and when you put your head by the exhaust you hear a "pa(short a)" sound. It is not loud, but distinctive when you listen for it. The engine shakes back and forth when idling. Anyone know what this could be?
