Look at the 900/700 FAQ. There's pictures and everything. Talk to the service guys at Swedish Engineering, one of the Brickboard's banner ads. I did this last summer and did some of the installation work upside down using a mirror to position it and put the retaining nuts on. Yes, the bulk of the front dash, console, radio, glove box and ducts are removed to accomplish this. I must also admit to resurrecting the four letter vocabulary I had previously thought sufficiently buried. Eventually there was duct tape involved. I justified it's use because there is, after all, ducts in the area. It worked and the A/C works the way it was advertised. I'll pray for you. By the way, the gents at Swedish Engineering take about 3 hours to accomplish this. You might want to check with your local mechanic or the dealer and get the book time and do a cost benefit analysis. In hindsight at 3 hrs and $75 per hour, I'd pay the $225 and have someone else do it and keep the aforementioned ugly vocabulary buried. Good decisions come from experience. Experience comes from bad decisions.
