A pull to the left 200

Howdy Folks,
I'm trying to find reasons my car has a pull to the left. I have gotten an alignment, swapped the front wheels to eliminate tires, and spun them to look for drag. Nothing. Has anyone experienced a rack that doesn't naturaly want to stay centered? I think I remeber this comming up before, but it has been a while. BTW, It has new tires and inner tie rods.

Trying to eliminate sources -JonB '83 245DL 4-speed+OD CAM rack
