Front spring might not be a bad idea "while you're in there" for the struts... it's a big job, and a new pair of aftermarket springs can be had for $80 or so from FCP.

The rear springs are so easy to change, there's not as much incentive (time or labor $$-wise) to do those at the same time as the shocks.

FWIW I installed just new front & rear springs last year, and solved these problems:

+ rear end sag under load
+ front end too high
+ lots of brake dive

I also noticed improved ride on bumpy surfaces with the new springs. I'll be putting in Bilstein TCs all 'round soon...
