Got It 200

Well I finally got the part lunchtime Wednesday, and I'm going back to my Motel to try and fit the thing. After having no luck finding a garage in Singleton that had a clue about it, or was willing to try, I found that the guy who runs the motel is a retired mechanical engineer. He knows exactly how A Volvo freeze plug goes in and is happy to help.

Hope it works, I'm going to check the mounting bolts on my starter too, it's possible that it's not quite in place, which would explain why it's getting harder to engage the flywheel, particularly on downward slopes. I had it rebuilt, and it would be just like me to have not screwed it on properly. We suspected a dodgey battery, but knowing me...
