Ok, what is the silver contraption to the upper left from the water pump. Two round parts, silver,hoses going into and out of it. I know years ago I payed from some gaskets to be replaced on it. It was leaking oil? Sorry no picture. I looked in my 740 repair manual and can not find it anywhere!

Thanks in advance for teaching me things that I don't know about my car (from years of bringing it into the shop rather then repairing it myself, still trying to catch up!)
