Fair price for a 1994 945T? 900

Hi All,
Going to look at the car this weekend-
A local dealer has a 1994 945T with 89k miles & Most if not all options (has 3rd seat)- asking price is $5950- fair price?- Kelly Blue Book says it's worth upwards of $7000- it was a trade - I'm going to ask for the service records...

Also what year did Volvo start using R134a as standard in A/C?
