How do you get the kick panels off? 200

I want to run new speaker wires in my door, However, I'm not sure as to how I should get the kick panel off with out breaking anythng? I noticed that they are held in by 2 metal tabs, but I not shure how to remove them with out damage. Also, how hard will it be to run speaker wire through the drivers door with the fuse box being right there?\
