DCOE jetting for a B20 140-160 1973

Hi,
I'm looking for some advice on starting points for jetting/venturis etc for twin 40DCOEs in a fairly short manifold (about 5" long).
The motor has just been completely rebuilt with a 270 degree cam, big valves feeding into a 2 1/4" system.

We are going to fit 45s eventUALLY, but they aren't ready yet, so I wanted to get started on running the motor in.
Any suggestions for ititial settings to save some experimental time? We've got loads of venturis and jets, so can try any combinations.

regards

JohnH
