Can a 700 series (drivers) tail light fit a 200 series car? 200 1986

My neighbor has a drivers side tail light assembly from a 700 series Volvo and he said I could have it. I have a 86 240 and I was going to replace the drivers tail light because it was old and leaky. At first glance it looks like the tail light are identical but I have a feeling they are not. The one thing that I notice is that the tail light of the 700 has a REFLECTOR on the upper/right panel while my 240 tail light has a REFLECTOR on the bottom/middle panel. Does anyone know if this 700 tail light will work on my 240? This site is cool.
