No Start - 740 T 1986 700 1986

Hi to all Volov gurus !

The brick is not starting, when I turn the ignition on, the fule pumps do not turn on. I have replaced the F1 relay - still no fuel pump loading when the jey is turned. Where would I look next ? Any ideas ?
