Map Pockets 200

Hello, I'm working on a 93 244 trying to shape it up and I've secured the drivers and passengers side map pockets. My originals were missing. They are in decent shape with no cracks, except the top mounting tabs are broken to varying degress on one. Does anyone have any bright ideas on how to make a suitable repair. I also will fiberglas the inside of the weak sections (where you can't see) to strengthen them.
