Looking at a '91 240 with 130,000 miles 200 1985

I'm a very lucky owner of a 1985 240 manual trans with 240,00 miles. I absolutely could never drive something else. But the RUST daemons of Massachusetts are eating away at my reliable beauty. If you guys could help me with a few questions it would be greatly appreciated. What are the major differences between the '85 and '91 models? Will my brand new exhaust pipe fit the '91? Will my wheels fit the '91? I hate the '91's wheels. Anything to help me along in the process of going with a newer brick would be great. I love my car and it would be nice to get this one i'm looking at if it is AS good as mine. It has no rust, which i'm very interested in. Thanks, Chris.
