starting problems after sitting 3 months for my 780, getting ready 4 spring 700 1990

It has just sat since the first snowfall of '04.
I couldn't get to start for quite some time thanks to some very thoughtful neighbors here in NYC, (piled snow a mile high all around) since I don't use it much.
I boost it, then drive around for 15-20 minutes, and she won't start again without a boost.
The battery, starter, & alternator were changed within the last year.
What should I do now that it's getting warm?
