87 760 GLE B280 Timing Chain 700

My 760 is getting up in mileage (239,000miles) and I'm becomming concerned with the timing chains. The car and engine has been well maintained with regular oil changes (mobil 1 synthetic/every 5000 miles). Valve adjusted on a regular basis although I am probably currently overdue.

I have read the faqs and would be interested in hearing anyone elses experiences with this. Anyone change their own? Costs? Difficulty?

Regards
Carter
