How much to take off my head?? 140-160 1968

I have a '75 B20 in my 142 that I just rebuilt. Of course now I would like more compression than the stock 8.7:1, & since the aftermarket headgasket is showing signs of oil leakage on the driver's side of the engine, I figured on having the head milled when I pull it off the install the new (Volvo) gasket. The bore is standard, nothing's been done to the head up to this point. I'd like around 10-10.5:1, similar to what my old B18 was. Thanks in advance for any info!
