Brake Reconstruction...Input Needed 200 1988

I have been using my 1988 Volvo 240DL as a third car to allow me to do work on our primary cars. My wife wrecked her Honda Accord and now I am forced to get the 240 up to steam for her use as a primary car. The brakes are pulsing and squeeling. From what I have seen on this car the person who owned it before me put almost zero effort into keeping it up. I am assuming I will find the original 1988 calipers and rotors if not the original brake pads. I am assuming I will need to replace the rotors and rebuild the calipers. There is a grinding coming from the rear end upon heavy braking and a pulsing as the brake peddal is applied that comes through the steering wheel. I know the pulsing may also be suspension related issued but right now I am looking to make this car road worthy quickly so comfort will have to wait a bit. It seems the easist way to go is to get rebuilt/loaded calipers at FCP along with some new rotors. I know this will be pricey but this seems to be the easiest method for me to get the old brakes off and new ones on in a day without having to go back and forth to deal with little issues that may pop up from me missing things. In essence this is a total reconstruction of the brakes system for this car. I replaced the master cylinder last summer so next to the hoses (which I am wondering if I ought to replace as well) everything will be new. What do you all think? I need input. I am assuming the whole deal will cost me around $100 per wheel with rebuilt/loaded calipers and new rotors. I need your input as one side of me says to just buy pads, chuck 'em in there for a few months more of driving and to hell with the total rebuild.
