MAF question - which one is the right one? 900 1991

I am trying to figure out if I have the wrong AMM/MAF sensor in my 1991 745 Turbo.

In looking at the IPD catalogue yesterday, I saw that, according to them, my Bosch Mass Air Flow sensor (or Air Mass Meter) should be the one that ends in 001. The one in my car is actually the one that ends in 016 (they say that is for the '89 - 92 NON-turbo).

Do I have a problem? It just so happens that the one they sell for my car is $440!!! Yikes! Thanks for the help, as always.
