245 pro's and cons of lowering springs 200

I've been working on rebuilding the suspension on my Wagon. So far IPD sways, full set poly bushings, bilsteins HD's. Just wondering about the advantage/disadvantage of also putting in lowering springs? Haven't put the springs back on the strut assembly so it would be less labor to do the job now. Ordered a set of B&G's for my Sedan so I could always grab the fronts from that order. Wouldn't the B&G front springs be the same for both the Wagon and Sedan? I know the backs are different. Other option is drive the car with existing stuff for awhile.
