740 crank sensor replacement 700 1991


Thanks I did see it..just to clarify
do you just undo the one bolt holding the sensor body
onto the bracket and then gently slide the sensor out?
I've sealed the top of the existing sensor with RTV
and the car starts and runs now, but I do want
to replace it.. it appears that moisture kicked up into
the area was the culprit...
unless there are other places on the tranny that water could get into
around the sensor, it almost looks open there...
