A 60,000 service vs 70,000 one? 700 1987

It's about time to do a service on my 87 760T sedan. I bought the car from the original owners almost a year ago with full dealer service documentation (Tampa, FL Volvo) up to 55000 miles. Besides the oil changes, throttle body cleaning and a some suspension work nothing else has been done and my brick now has 68000. I want to make sure I keep up with the service so I called the closest dealer to me now (San Antonio,TX Volvo Center) and they gave me a phone quote of around 700 bucks. I have some limited mechanical aptitude and wouldn't mind doing some of the work myself. What is involved in a 60000 and 70000 service? Thanks!
