Sometimes after startup....no idle control or A/C. Can't hear the click near ECA ater several seconds.....related? 200 1985

My car has started to do something strange.

I've noticed that after start-up, at times, the idle will stay at 700RPM and at the same time, I'll lose the A/C compressor. Like I'm losing power to the idle solenoid and the A/C controls. It will usually come on after a few minutes of driving.

The idle has always been real good (950 in gear). I keep the throttle body and solenoid clean. You can watch the idle go down and then up again when the A/C is turned on and the system is working normal.
This acts more like an electrical problem when it does happen.

I've checked the fuse but I don't think the two have much in common electrically....except maybe the ignition switch.
I haven't had time to pull out the manual and look at the wire diagram.
Where is that manual?

I used to hear a click near the ECA after just a few seconds of running but I don't hear that anymore. When I hear the click, the engine will react. Not in a bad way or good way.....it just reacts.

Can anyone shine some light on this.

Thanks in a advance.
