T5 conversion 140-160

I'm getting ready to put a T5 transmission in here using the v-performance kit. I've had the kit and transmission for many months now, I'm just that lazy =) Anyway I'll be taking pictures all along the way and probably posting a write up on my site. A couple things I was wondering were if anyone else has done this conversion and if so how they handled the crossmember situation. Also I've never changed out a transmission before and I'd like to know if I need to lift the engine at all or can I just unbolt the transmission from underneath and drop it out.
