Shift knob cap? 200

On a previous post I made, a couple of you talked about the shift knob cap being a PITA. Are you talking about the way (mine anyway) rattles unless you keep your finger on it? Or it breaking? How much are they? Where do most of you get them? Sorry for all the posts but I own my own business selling mainly BMW parts but am starting to think about some Volvo parts and I'm going to check my price on those caps if they're expensive elsewhere. This is what the two guys said on the post down a ways:

"The only "problem" I guess you could say would be those damn shift knob caps. Those things sure don't last as long as they should!"
and
"Those caps are a PITA. I've bought at least three and they're not cheap. If you know of someone who machines them out of stainless steel let me know."
Thanks,
Josh
