dumb gasoline question answered 200

Thanks everone, I'll do the obvious thing and fill up the tank with some good gas. And this time add some STABL fuel stabilizer to it. I really don't want to drain the whole tank. I'll just fill it all the way up. Last week when I started it up it was down to about half a tank. I run it every couple weeks to keep the motor from rusting inside. Once I start driving it again I'll run some STP injector cleaner through it. My brother-in-law once got a free Honda CB 125 from someone he worked with. It wouldn't start and the guy ended up breaking the kick start off of it. I replaced the kickstart and disassembled the carb. It was completely gummed up inside. It started right up after I cleaned the carb, tank and replaced the filter. I hope my gas tank in my 245 doesn't look like that.
Ben
