Where do I find the color code and what should compression be? 200

Alright, two questions. First off, I need both front fenders for my wife's blue '85 240 wagon. There is a lady selling both front fenders off her parts car which is blue but not sure if it's the same blue. I know there was 2-3 different blues with these cars but I can't find the color name anywhere on the car, anyone know?

Second, the compression is pretty even between all four cylinders. They are all around 80-85 psi. ISn't that pretty low? It really is a gut-less engine which I'm sure is due to it being a 4 cylinder and having 203k miles on it (along with the heavy car). What should the compression be at? Thanks again in advance for the help.
