5 speed Reverse lock bracket. 1st and 2nd gear issue 200 1989

From the symptoms, I'm pretty sure my Reverse locking bracket has moved. It is very tough to get the car into first and second gear.
Otherwise it shifts fine. So I'm pretty sure it's not a Clutch or Synchro problem.

Please tell me how to get to the bracket. Am I pulling the shifting boot up? Is it screwed down?
It got really tough to shift last night and I here at work and I can't get the problem out of my mind. I know I can feel my way through it but if someone can tell me specifically, I can get my mind back on Work.

Thanks.
