Volvo Mechanic in Nashville? 200

any suggestions? I think the (auto) transmission on my '90 240 (206K) may be going bad, although I haven't done a flush lately. It's not going into third until 40 mph. I had to have the original tranny replaced with a used one at 160K. Anybody know a good place to start? I need the car, and I've thought about just taking it to jiffy lube for a tranny flush but I know I won't get a thorough job or a good diagnosis. And if it doesn't help I'm out fifty bucks. Any ideas for a good (cheap) volvo oriented mechanic in Nashville, and do I have options?
Thanks in advance.
