Fuse #12 200

First the good news.

Last week, temps here hit mid 70's. I went to turn on the A/C...and its blowing warm air. My first thought was leak. However, turns out the fuse was blown. Replaced the fuse, all WAS well.

Today, just messing around, I turn on the A/C. Warm Air. Fuse #12 is blown yet again.

Any Ideas as to why? I've tinkered with it a little with no avail. Please Help.

Thanks in Advance,
