burnt rubber smell ,bumpy ride and fan comes on

Hi Everyone,

Last week had some work done on my car. This included an oil change, replacing a valve cover gasket, replacing the stabilizer link bushings, oil filler cap, oil flame trap, fuel filter and the smaller fuel line, tires rotated. I just returned from a 200 mile trip and noticed a burnt rubber smell after parking, while idling heard my cooling fan go on, don't seem to remember that being audible before (?) and the ride home was, I can't describe it, bumpier than it had seemed before. In the past year or so, the car has had many new parts including a radiator, water pump and blower motor, brakes. Gonna take her back in for the mechanic to double check her but wanted to check in here first.
