Rear wheel bearings replaced, now strange intermittent driveshaft vibration? 200

I recently replaced the rear wheel bearings in my 90 240 wagon 170,000(automatic)
I pulled the axle on each side and brought to a local machine shop to have new ScanTech bearings/ seals(FCP) pressed on.
While apart I noticed the E brake pads were totally shot.
Instead of taking on a whole rear end brake job I decided to remove the hardware and cut the cables and deal with the E brakes when the need for a rear brake job comes up in the future.

After getting the axles back from machine shop I checked them over and everything looked to be
in the same order as when they were pulled, retainer/front seal/bearing/race.
Before installing I pushed as much bearing grease into the bearings as they would take, (thoroughly
greased).
I pressed in new rear seals and re-assembled the axle.
After the retainer plate was in place and torqued I spun axle and was a bit surprised at the feel and sound the axle made, not as smooth as a new front bearings sound after replaced.
I kind of figured this was normal and maybe part of the whole rear end/ differential.

I now hear a low vibration/ noise a slow speeds that seams to be coming from the driveshaft. It will clear up at higher speeds though.

By the way, about 6 months ago I had the center support bearing replace along with the output shaft, and tranny mount.
Everything else seems tight and in good shape. I also flushed the differential about 2 months ago and checked the fluid and it is up to drain.

Has anyone else done the rear bearings and noticed a similiar problem/ sounds.
Sorry for the long post but I wanted to explain everything as clearly as possible.
Thanks for any input/advice.
It's just one of those things that drives one nuts especially after the time and care spent.
