crank,spark,but no fire? 200 1983

good strong motor when running, but now,due to lack of decent wiring diagrams(and some other problem that i have yet to find)(hopefully someone can help)she will not start,i get no clicking at the relays behind the glove box near the e.c.m.,i swapped these relays out of a running 83 and still no click,(is there no signal?where does it come from?)in turn the primary fool pump only works with a jumper wire, still no start.any ideas?any other fuel related relays on this car?i dont see a large white one anywhere.also there are a couple of bulk wire connectors along the left side kick panel going to nothing, but the car was running this way before it refused to start this time.is there a repair manual with better diagrams than haynes?thanks for any help
