P/S Rack Bushings? 200

I think I might have a problem with my Ps rack bushings, does anyone know how to replace them (if you can) and what the symtoms would be if they are bad. I have some free play in the steering system and It is not the ball joints or tie rod ends. could it be the ps rack bushings? any help would be great. Thanks again...
